Cleanroom Turn-Key Solutions
CleanTec offers a comprehensive cleanroom turn-key solution to our customers. From the initial cleanroom inquiry from customers to the final testing and commissioning of the actual cleanroom, we provide a complete solution to our customers. Cleanroom requirements are unique and will require specialist inputs.
A 5-phase cleanroom project management plan will allow for a total solution as follows:

INITIATION
Due Diligence will be carried out with all stakeholders to determine project feasibility

PLANNING
Project management plan will be developed to cater for all aspects of the project including but not limited to scope of works, costing, quality, risk assessments and risk management

EXECUTION
A detailed project deliverables list will be carried out with constant updates on the project status. Constant monitoring to keep track of tight schedules

MONITORING & CONTROL
Concurrent activities to carry out scope verification and performance verification will be ongoing. Site Safety checks and audit will be carried out.
5
CLOSURE
Completed cleanroom will be certified to NEBB cleanroom performance testing standards. Project handover to clients may include a maintenance package, staff training for cleanroom operations, continued monitoring of cleanroom performance.
